Partners:

Our friends in Peru are near Lima in the San Juan Miraflores section. They have exchanged letters with classes of '08, '09, and '10. They are prepared to do a live video or audio conference with students in the fall, before their summer vacation in December; teachers have already chatted using Skype. They are only two hours earlier than our time zone.
