In 2006, we received an email from a German teacher at the Fachgymnasium in Ruckantwort who was doing a study about immigration for her PhD. She specifically wanted the opinions and histories of teenagers along the California/Mexico border. We replied to her questionaire and exchanged letters with her students. Our answers on are Google spreadsheets and documents. This project related directly to our participation in the New Americans Essay Contest.
